Carrot Soup

Maybe this doesn't even look good to you, but I thought it was scrumptious. I sauted some garlic and onions in butter, then cubed a whole bag of raw carrots and one potato and threw them in with some water and chicken bullion. After 15-20 min., I food processed the mixture, dumped it back in the skillet and added some cream, pepper, and parsley. Super easy, and it was maybe one of my favorite soups so far! You should try it and tell me what you think.

I love carrot soup! I tried it once with cashews and ginger thrown into the mix. . .that was good, too. Your recipe looks divine.

P.S. I loved the iphone valentines. How fun.
