One Year Older

Another birthday means another cheesecake!  This year J chose a "Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake"--which among other ingredients, was comprised of 3 1/2 cups of cookies, 2 lbs. of cream cheese, a tub of sour cream, a cup of heavy cream, and a bag of chocolate chips.  Yup.
We may or may not have just had some for breakfast.
Yay birthdays!  We're getting so old!  We decided we've reached the age where we can never remember how old we are anymore.

The only time I can remember my age is when I've just had a birthday with a zero behind it. Otherwise I can't! So it gets worse! Happy birthday Jason! (My youngest child keeps getting older. Yikes!)

Love, Mom Millar

I do cheesecake for our holidays and birthdays, too. I try mastering and a perfecting a new recipe every year. We should swap. That one looks heavenly!

I think I started forgetting how old I was after the age of 25. That cheesecake looks amazing! And sounds like it could clog your arteries ;)
